We feel that the benefits of this activity are twofold. It is valuable for students in that they receive sought-after feedback from their parents that they may not otherwise get. Parents also benefit from this activity because it gives them an inside look at what is happening in their child's classroom. Often, students are not forthcoming with their daily activities and lessons. Parental feedback via a class blog allows for parents to be more involved with their child's academics and for students to display their work for others and reflect on what they've done.
